Fully qualified, EMDR trained, registered, professionally accredited, private psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor with a prior degree in medicine. Hourly fees £60 individuals, £70 couples, £60 supervision.

When you have a problem you want to talk about, I can provide a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your difficulties. My aim is to help you to understand your issues and find your own way in moving forward in life.

I have experience in working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, covering areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, intimacy issues, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, loss and bereavement, identity, trauma, abuse, work-related stress, marriage counselling, separation and divorce.
